My passion is to photograph birds (the flying kind :-)) in their natural environment. My current mission is to capture and id at least 500 different bird species in the wild in South Africa. This also provides the opportunity for shooting animals and landscapes.The photos I post are all shot in the wild, unless I indicate otherwise or it is clearly visible that it is in a zoo or enclosed surroundings. With a few exceptions my photos are depicting the beautiful and wonderful South African nature.
